Product information "Cleanroom Sponge D-3"

The "Cleanroom Sponge Cloth D-3" is excellent for wet wiping and high absorption of liquids. The material structure allows it to clean any shape of workpiece without releasing particles. It is the sponge cloth for places where cleanroom compliance is required. The material is heat resistant up to 60° or moist heat.

The integral structure of the sponge cloth is absolutely lint-free, abrasion-resistant and offers very good absorption of liquids. The micropores support efficient cleaning of surfaces. Ecological because reusable and washable, thus reducing waste.

Excellent for washing hard disks and silicon wafers.

On delivery, the sponge is already pre-moistened and ready for immediate use.
